We provide three main types of training:
- User training: this mandatory training covers the basic call handling and phone functionality and functionality of any associated call management tools. Typically, this training would take place in one or two-hour sessions for groups of users.
- Administrator training: this training is focused on those who will be responsible for adds, moves, changing and deleting of users, producing CDR (call detail record) reports, amend hunt groups and automated attendant configuration, etc. This training would focus on the core features of the IP PBX administration tool.
- Operator training: this training session focuses on those who act as switchboard operators, where required. Its focus is the receipt and management of inbound calls, handling and forwarding to users and ACD (automatic call distribution) groups.
