An effective and seamless VoIP installation is only possible when a project has been thoroughly planned. The execution that follows is then quick, efficient and seamless. Where appropriate, we will liaise directly with in-house and/or outsourced IT infrastructure.
Hosted VoIP
Generally speaking, equipment for a hosted solution is limited to IP phones and possibly additional routing and switching equipment. This makes a hosted solution very quick to set up.
Premises-based VoIP
As well as the IP phones, routers and switches, there is the need to install the IP PBX equipment on site as well. Wherever appropriate, experienced installers will pre-configure and test your system before delivery.
Physical installation will take place, on site, at a time convenient time to you, typically outside your usual working hours. We ensure end-to-end testing and full ‘go-live’ support.
