The size, structure and sector of a business all make good starting points in determining which type of telephony is required.
A solution for a business of 100 personnel distributed between one main office, 10 satellite sites and 20 home-working employees is likely to be different for a business of the same size based at one location. Similarly, a national business in the retail sector will require a different solution to an international finance firm.
It should also be noted that offices located some distance from city centre fibre-optic infrastructure are less likely to benefit from low-cost high-speed internet connectivity. It therefore follows that the connectivity options of a premises-based system will often provide a cheaper and more resilient solution in such circumstances.
No two clients are the same so why should our solutions be? Our solutions include both hosted, premises-based IP telephony and both xDSL and leased line provision.
