Security & Encryption

Both the MX30 and MX250 systems support 128-bit AES encryption. This permits encrypted conversations within the business by supported phones.

The systems have an integrated firewall or can be located an existing firewall.

For calls routed via the internet (as oppose to, for example, an ISDN service) further security and encryption can be provided.

Here at 500 we always advocate and provide options for secure / encrypted calls.

Full Redundancy & Backup Power

The MX250 supports dual RAID drives and in addition also supports ‘N+1’ redundancy where a standby unit automatically takes over operation during the unlikely event of a failure of the active unit.

The MX250 can be configured for automatic redundancy and battery backup in case of power or mechanical failure.
