Audio Conferencing - MXconference™

MXconference is the easy way to bring audio conferencing to your business. The MXconference private audio bridge service is a software feature on our 500 Premises IP PBXs, from our technology partner Zultys, that eliminates the need for costly pay-as-you go subscription-based conference services, and requires no additional hardware.

The optional MXconference feature is activated by licensing, meaning you only pay for what you need, and can easily scale your license if you need more capacity.

MXconference is fully integrated with the MXIE desktop Unified Communications client, and uses a simple management window to schedule, man- age and launch audio conferences through basic point-and-click commands - whether they are “on demand” or planned weeks in advance.

Web Conferencing - MXmeeting™

MXmeeting™ is a web-conferencing platform that fully integrates with the Zultys MXIE client application. You can launch a multi-party web-conference with the touch of a button from your Mac or PC.

MXconference AND MXmeeting

A Complete Collaboration Solution - MXconference also interfaces with the MXmeeting web conference system. When an audio conference is scheduled, the user can also choose to schedule an interactive, collaborative web conference. When the conference session starts, MXIE will automatically launch an ad-hoc MXmeeting web conference tied to the internal audio conference bridge. The 4-in-1 MXmeeting appliance (not required to use MXconference) plugs right into the network and allows people to join a collaborative web conference.
