Terms of Use
- The Client acknowledges that the handset shall remain the property of 500
- The Client shall be responsible for the care of the Handset while it is in the possession of the Client
- The Client shall return the Handset in its original undamaged packaging to 500 at the end of the Term and shall be responsible for the Handset until it is received by 500
- The Handset is to be used only by the Client and not by any third party unless the prior written consent of 500 is given
- Phone settings, including authentication, network and connection settings, are not to be changed by the Client
- 500 reserves the right to terminate the service before the end of the Term, and require the immediate return of the Handset, without prior notice
- Should the equipment supplied not be returned to 500 within the Term, the cost of the equipment, rental of the service and calls charged will be levied.
- The Handset must be returned in suitable packaging via a reputable courier or by hand. Proof of sending is required.
- If the Client makes in excess of £5 worth of cals during the Terms (or extension subsequently agreed) the Client will be invoiced for such calls.
- Out terms for payment are 30 days
