Member Area & Portals

As well as our main Member Area, our clients can also access additional portals, depending upon the products and services they have subscribed to.

Member Area
The 500 Member Area contains the latest user guides, technical data sheets and software applications, as well as our training videos and screencasts.
Portals
To be used by our 500 Hosted Telephony users to manage their service (e.g.: set call forwarding, sequential ring, voicemail-as-email), to view call logs and recorded calls, and allow administrators to create or amend services.
To be used by our 500 Desktop users to access and use email, office applications and to access company files.

To be used by our 500 Desktop and 500 Exchange administrators to create or amend users and access rights and to allocate applications and user services (e.g.: BlackBerry integration).  A knowledge base of hints and tips can be found in the ‘Support’ section after login.

500 Hosted Exchange Web Access allows our 500 Exchange clients to access their emails via the web.
