Séan Ryan – Director (Operations)Sean is a graduate in Applied Physics with Microelectronics and Computing and spent his initial post graduate years in business computing. A year’s break spent travelling and volunteer working in Asia preceded a move into telecommunications ten years ago, where Sean worked on emerging technologies with blue chip companies such as Nokia. Sean is PRINCE2 foundation and practitioner qualified and so oversees all implementations. Sean often describes 500 Limited as a sailing vessel with Jonathan as the sail, Sean as the keel! A boat which is all sail but has no keel goes fast but has no direction and conversely a boat which is all keel but has no sail has good direction but stays in one place; a boat with both sail and keel has both momentum and direction. Outside of the office, when not spending time with this family, Sean is involved in a community action group, a youth group and is a trustee of a local charity. |
