Our background

Providers from traditional telephony background understand little about IP telephony and provide vested interest ‘hybrid’ systems. Providers from communications / networking background have little knowledge of end user business needs and can tend to offer single-solution stand-alone packages that stem from technical attributes as opposed to business-focussed needs.

Both types of provider often fail to understand the ‘mission critical’ nature of VoIP, focussing on their ‘box’ and tending to ignore the bigger picture, therefore never truly providing quality of service, reliability, control, increased functionality and associated benefits – all factors required in order to offer a truly business grade service.

500 are from neither background and ‘bridge the gap’. We’ve researched the market extensively and we offer only ‘the best of breed’. Our key resources are fully trained, certified and educated to degree level. Our deployment is project managed by in-house PRINCE2™ certified personnel and we are members of the Federation of Communication Services (FCS), the UK Trade Association for the communications services industry.
